Rules and common questions ✅

What time can we access the building?

Standard rentals include access during the reserved time block. Early access for setup is often available for a small fee. Include your preferred setup and breakdown times in the inquiry form.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, outside catering is typically allowed. If you need kitchen access, list what you plan to use (warming, prep, refrigeration). Some renters bring a licensed caterer, others bring family style food.

Are alcohol and amplified music allowed?

Policies vary by lodge and event type. If your event includes alcohol or a DJ, mention it up front so the lodge can confirm requirements, insurance needs, and quiet hours.

What about decorations, candles, or confetti?

Decorations are typically fine when they do not damage surfaces. Open flame and confetti are usually restricted due to cleanup and safety. Include your plan in the form and we will confirm what is allowed.
