Brandywine-Goddard Lodge No. 383 No. offers its basement hall as a community space for appropriate events. The hall includes a raised stage with curtains and is well suited for meetings, dinners, presentations, and small performances.

The hall is located in the basement of the Lodge building and provides a private, enclosed space suitable for a wide range of community uses.

Access to the basement requires use of stairs. Accessibility assistance may be available upon request and should be noted in advance.
Parking and entrance
- Parking is available behind the Lodge. For GPS use 364 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Coatesville, PA 19320.
- Additional on street parking is available along Lincoln Highway. Please observe posted signage and meter requirements.
- The main entrance is located at the front of the building. A Lodge representative will direct renters to the basement hall.

- Presentations, performances, and lectures using the stage
Events must be consistent with the values of the Lodge and respectful of the building and neighborhood.

- Availability depends on the Lodge calendar and activities
- Setup and cleanup times must be included in the request
- Stage and curtain use must be disclosed in advance
- Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or fixtures
- Alcohol, music, or amplified sound require advance approval
- The Lodge reserves the right to approve or decline any request
