Who should attend Brethren and Lodge officers
Any Master Mason may attend. It is especially helpful for:
- Worshipful Masters and officers in line
- Deacons, Stewards, and any officer learning floor movement
- Brothers who deliver charges, lectures, or parts in the degrees
- Mentors and coaches supporting candidates
- Brethren preparing for degrees, exemplifications, or district events
Is this only for officers Open to all Master Masons
No. While officers benefit greatly, any Master Mason who wants to strengthen the work, improve confidence, or support his Lodge is encouraged to attend.
Do I need to be proficient to attend Learning is the point
No. Instruction exists to help you improve. If you are learning your part, attend early and attend consistently. Consistency comes from practice.
What should I wear Dress guidance
Business casual is a safe default unless otherwise specified for a special instruction night. If you are unsure, dress as you would for a regular Lodge meeting.
How does this help my Lodge Practical outcomes
Strong instruction improves degree quality, officer confidence, candidate experience, Lodge decorum, and overall consistency. It also helps Lodges coordinate district events and exemplifications with fewer last minute surprises.
